Payment Confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.
Once the payment is verified, the order cannot cancel or change within this sort of time. However, we will do our best to support your request.

Processing
It normally takes 3-7 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
It takes longer for us to process pre-ordered items, please refer to our preorder page for more detailed information.
If items are prepared in 24 hours in your order, then we can ship them in one day.

Shipping
Shipment takes approximately 8 to 30 business days to reach destination countries.
Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with the International e-packet tracking number will be sent to you.
Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Shipping Delays
Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.
Usually, it takes about 30-90 days for some countries, we do offer compensation if the shipping is beyond the timeframe as stated on the shipping policy.
Please submit a ticket within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted. Appreciate your kind understanding.

About Delivery Guarantees
We offer guaranteed delivery on certain fast delivery speeds and select products. When guaranteed delivery is available on an order, it will be clearly marked on the checkout page with an associated delivery date and fee (if applicable). If we provide a guaranteed delivery date and a delivery attempt is not made by this date, we will provide a refund of any shipping fees associated with that order.

About returns
You must provide us with evidence that your product was purchased from Popsnkrsreps.com Online. Returns for an exchange, refund, or repair are available for products that are damaged in transit (ie: before you received it), faulty out of the box, do not work properly, or otherwise do not satisfy the statutory consumer guarantees ("Consumer Guarantees") included in the Consumer Law or Consumer Guarantees Act 1993(please see below regarding the Consumer Law and Consumer Guarantees Act 1993). Please note that there is no right to an exchange or refund if you simply change your mind about a Product or if you incorrectly placed your order. However, for items where an incorrect color, style, or model has been chosen, as long as the product is returned in its original packaging within 30 days after the product is delivered, we may decide in discretion to offer you a credit or exchange. If you are returning your product because it is faulty or otherwise does not satisfy the Consumer Guarantees, to ensure the most efficient processing of any return, before returning any Product to us please contact us.
